President Bubu should issue an executive order 007 to Nigerian Army to release his certificate and if they don't honor it, kindly go there by himself and open the safe and pick his certificate since Dr Goodluck Jonathan is no longer there to prevent him.

No Executive Order can turn stone into bread - since the Army does not have any certificate per se in respect of the subject matter.

What the records indicate is that shortly before ever taking the examination, his Principal gave him a testimonial for the Army to recruit the young man.
He has subsequently performed so well in his chosen career path that asking him to produce any certificate is ridiculous

He became the Head of State as an Army General in December 1983. More than 30 years later, in 2015, he was overwhelmly elected as a civilian President. It is my submission that he is eminently qualified far above the 1961 School Certificate that he is being asked to produce

@omaolowo if the army cannot turn stone to bread, you mean the president may have lied in his oath that the army had his certificate? Could it be possible that his WASC case is similar to the NYSC case of Kemi Adeosun? Just asking

Says a deluded irritant demanding what a president should do or not do. Even Trump no show such effrontery, only sick Igbos can.
