Call Center Support


DUTIES
Provide support to the current Globacom call center and provide basic training to 1st level customer base :
Responsible for Operations, tool and platform
Participate in user functional requirements gathering activities
User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and Operation Readiness Tests (ORT)
Responsible for interfacing with 3rd party suppliers
Responsible for Software upgrades and patches


QUALIFICATION
Genesys architecture and knowledge of the Genesys product suite
Knowledge of CTI and Call center system including IVR/ACD. Alcatel 4400 PABX an advantage
Knowledge of any CRM. Coheris is an advantage
Knowledge of Oracle, Unix and Windows platforms
Experience of supporting a Customer Care or Call Center environment an advantage
Excellent problem solving experience
Excellent customer facing skills

Experience of supporting a NOC environment is an advantage
Excellent problem solving experience
Excellent customer facing skills
Excellent autonomy facing issue resolution or reporting

Business scenario configuration
Rateplan setup
Promotions setup
Good knowledge of Oracle, Unix and Windows platforms
Knowledge of any CRM. Coheris is an advantage
Experience of supporting a billing environment an advantage
