Dont know if you have tried this before, Eat raw saint leaves(Ewe Efirin in Yoruba) or drink the liquid of squeezed (ewuro and efinrin, bitter leaf/saint leaf). As it seems the blood is coming as a result of tears around the anus caused by possibly strong excreta.

this is likely to continue longer than expected. I would suggest first drink a lot of water, I mean a lot to soften the stool, then eat banana lots of it because they go on to form mucus around the anal sphincter which makes for easy passage of stool. try to reduce taking in too much starchy foods like Garry, bread because this foods get harder in the stomach and is very painful to pass out for one with this condition. also after stooling wash the anus and oil it with vaselin or olive oil. the anus becomes pepperish after stooling so I would suggest some pain killer drugs such as ibex but do not keep taking pain killer for long because of the adverse effect. so last last you will try to endure this thing because it might take longer than expected to heal like 1,2 or 3 yrs max. because your anus will have to perform suggery on itself, yes it will tear until it has expanded enough to let stool out comfortably.

Please see a Dr. It could be a no of things but a Dr (a gastrointestinal dr, either physician or surgeon) would evaluate and educate you better.

She should go to hospital. Many things can cause the issue including ulcerative colitis,diverticulitis, rectal cancer,rectal fistula and so on. Forget home treatment and go for test so we will know where to start in advice. Thanks
