tiwatenitomi: Get a school first and get the admission letter I will lead you on how to get your visa Is very simple procedure once u have the admission u are good to go but if u have an issue with any European countries ur visa might likely be denied because Romania visa is issue with European visa policy..... |

Bro I need to be sincere with u....without permit there is no way u will be able to procure another visa from Romania, but with student visa and once u pay the school fees the school ID card is equivalent to permit.
