a friend's hot note 6 pro d 3gig version is stucked at dis mode. pics attached, i tried formatting it but its bringing error

let him take the device to the nearest Carl care center to get it fixed

I have an infinix hot 4 .....the camera hasn't been working for sometime now. when I open camera, it goes all dark/blank and gives no response at all.

how do I fix it?
