The Best Actress (Yoruba) City People Awards 2018 concluded the deal Friday 26th of October, 2018 after series of meeting with the Company's Logistic and Corporate Communications Department.

Both the company and Jumoke are excited about the deal. While the Company said its team chose Jumoke because of her decent, shrewd and responsible aura which goes with the philosophy of Portal homes. Jumoke on the other hand said the deal is her biggest birthday gift as it came in her birthday month.

According to Jumoke, "A juicy financial offer and a plot of Land in Lekki (a choice area in Lagos) is my biggest birthday gift in 2018 and it is coming from Portal Homes"
