am currently working with an outsourcing company and my salary is 47k after deduct tax and pension and now I apply for npower tax and I was deployed to ogun state and work as CTLO ( community tax liaison officer) am the payment is 30k by federal government and ogun state will pay 20k as a stipend and there is a room for retain...but it when the program end to know maybe they will retain or not but according to what they say at the training event that will base on your performance. please advice me which one should I go for |

u just av to think twice about it... u put condition of MAYBE they will retained base on performance... if were u re now is giving u small change each month to safe.... Good. but u know beta on both... u can also give a trial if u know u will perform up to task. |

What is the probability dat u will be retained? 47k, 50k, just 3k difference if i were u i will stick with d 47k own, pending when i see a nice state or federal Govt. Job 1 Like |
