You may be right, because some locations in the country didn't fully start the programme.
But in the north east, almost all the states are running the programme.

Are u stupid and d same time foolish. At dis 21st century that one draft feeding as method of dragging pupils to sch and u are there applauding them. What is d essence that millions of people went to sch without facilities becos of food. It is better that govt used those money they are wasting on feeding and use it to equip all d govt sch to a 21st century standard and make it free for those ones that value d important of education than feeding d gullible ones that are there only to eat, play and go in emptiness and vacuum.
In Igbo land, our parents knw d value of edu and that is why they send their children to sch even d poor ones. D important thing in education is to see value in it for future reference and not give and take( give ur strength by walking to sch and eating free snacks and food to regain back d strength wasted).
