Aki for National Award? If not for the fact that I can feel my fingers punching my key board, I would have thought I was on my solid mat day-dreaming. Nevertheless, I keep asking myself, does this National Award really make sense. Are we celebrating excellence or mediocrity. Which movie has Aki featured in that has contributed to positive national awareness? Apology to Aki, I am one of his fans, I am not saying he is not good enough but basically, all over the world, National Awards are not for 'new comers', where do you put actors like RMD, Mama Rainbow, Enebeli Elebuwa, Larry Koldsweat, Antar Laniyan? Why are people being giving awards for work they are already getting paid for?? I bet he hasn't even got a clue why he won. Can someone come up with something tangible?

wat is d criteria of choosing someone 4 natnal honors, wat form of distinction in both industry and character must one exhibit to merit natnal honors, do aki meets this criteria, honestly there are more people who has done sometin 4 nollywood than aki 4 natnal honors, while aki may b a good actor, he stil needs to distinguish himself the way d likes of tunde kelani has done, on my part i dont think he deserves it yet,
