Why are you so dumb, can't you use your brain for once and address the issue. House of Representatives do not only consist of PDP members and doesn't also consist of the other side u refer to. A simple question is asked..goat OAUTemitayo: 3 Likes |

Officialpdpnig: Yes, of course, he (Osinbajo) does have questions to answer. He may have questions to answer because he is the chairman of the governing council of NEMA and he was acting president that gave the approval This is what you quoted. So why did you skip the first affirmative statement that he does have questions to answer and start harping on may? Besides, whether he must answer is a different kettle of fish cos after all this current government has shown sustained disdain for all institutions of the state just to achieve their thieving, devilish aims so it will be noting new if he is summoned to the NASS and he refuses to honour the summons/invitation. That does not cancel or delete his indictment. 1 Like |

TonyeBarcanista: Yoruba man and fraud are inseparable. Just these two weeks Buhari handed over to Mr. Leprousy, he has cleaned out sharp sharp. It is in their DNA. Check all the corporate frauds from banks, to oil companies to government Parastatal, the names of the culprits sound the same. It is terrible! 2 Likes |

This ain't stopping anytime soon if atiku is elected some other old men will also join forces and start spoiling his regime and it goes on, this Buhari regime is the only one with most corruption cases in Nigeria if I'm not mistaken, why can't we the masses leave them to open there asses more for us so we can see them fully instead we are still shouting apc and pdp, Nigeria will move forward when we realize that the people in apc and pdp are the same, let's not vote for party let's vote for someone that can move us forward. |

It is the house of reps that is doing its job. The chairman of the committee is an APC member from Gombe state so where is PDP in this? Is APC not the majority there? You people have always been officially biased for baseless reasons so don't try to use this as an excuse to act out your bias please. ORIENTATION101: 4 Likes 1 Share |

mushystuff:dasuki case is far from this one. all the people that collected dasuki has accepted to return while others are proving stubborn.dasuki himself didnt deny his defence was he was only acting on instructions. osibanjo here followed the due process in approving the said money. so why call him a thief when no money have been trace his account. pdp acting too desperate to hang corruption case on osibanjo will backfire.osibanjo has already established himself as a household name in the masses expecially market men and women, artisans , students and beneficiaries of npower scheme. even pdp supporters re routing for his presidency .if pdp dont stop this kangaroo indictment they will sucessfully pitched themselves against south west region. |

OAUTemitayo: I'm not sure who you think you're fooling with the emboldened. You're a long-time resident Nairaland bigot who was always going to vote along tribal lines, as you have demonstrated. You have not engaged on any substance of a House report that clearly indicts Osinbajo for unlawful misappropriation as Acting President and incompetence as chair of the NEMA board, and you're here chasing ghosts peddling fake integrity that the world and his dog knows is driven by primordial ethnic sentiment. Who do you think you're fooling? 6 Likes |

ORIENTATION101: The House of Reps has made it clear that he did not follow due process so what are you saying? Did the NASS give approval? Was it appropriated? Kangaroo indictment? Is the House of reps only constituted of PDP members? I don't understand you really and how this is PDP's fault? 1 Like |

Direct contracting? Without bidding? Without taxes remitted to the FIRS? Tell that to the House of Reps. Note also that Section 80(4) of the 1999 Constitution as amended states that, “No money shall be withdrawn from the Consolidated Revenue Fund or any other public fund of the federation, except in the manner prescribed by the National Assembly”. mushystuff:“It is also wrong to assume that taxes and interests accruable to government from these transactions in food items were deliberately ignored or waived by neglect. Of course, we expect that any loans advanced to any of the companies would be recovered with the agreed interests, and that any profits made by such companies would be liable to tax in the usual manner. “The suggestion that the grains were never delivered to the target states is also blatant falsehood. In actual fact, in order to ensure effective distribution of the grains, an Emergency Food Intervention Project Team was established, consisting of the Director General of NEMA and representatives of the National Security Adviser, Chief of Defence Staff, Chief of Army Staff, Chief of Naval Staff, Chief of Air Staff, Department of State Security, Nigeria Police and the Presidency. “The committee also worked with respective State Emergency Management Agencies, as well as humanitarian agencies such as World Food Programme, International Committee of the Red Cross, and the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. Deliveries were publicly made directly to the intended beneficiaries. “In fact, the then acting president personally inspected the electronic truck-tracking unit established in Maiduguri for the purpose of monitoring the transportation and flagged off the food distribution on June 8, 2017. Besides, there was the integration of a robust monitoring and evaluation system into the operation, in order to facilitate a transparent and accountable process. “Therefore, all insinuations on this matter regarding purported indictments and perceived violations of due process or the constitution are baseless and totally false. Such interpretations are flawed and should be utterly ignored.” if pdp is not satisfied they should head to court to challenge the proffesor of law on interpretation of constitution instead of trying to drag his name to the mud 1 Like |

ORIENTATION101: Your argument is standing on one leg. So since Afonja media sponsored a smear campaign against Obi calling him a bigot, he has now won the sympathy of Ngige and Okorocha since he, Obi is also Igbo. Such dumbness. Obi went all out including buying air time on TV and successfully debunked the satanic allegation. But Osibanjo/ Yorubas are trying to use blackmail, rather than constructive reason, to intimidate PDP under the illusion that they sponsored the exposee and will ceasefire to appease the Yoruba voters. We know that the real Yorubas are progressives and will do the right thing. They are not immuned to the hunger, stagnation and hopelessness pervading the whole land under APC governnent. 1 Like |
