The Nigeria railway masterplan has been conceptualized and designed long before Buhari became president. It is a 25 year masterplan that got stalled briefly during late President Yaradua's tenure but quickly revived during Jonathan's presidency.

Buhari does not have that kind of singlemindedness to get any project started. With or without Buhari, the implementation of the railway masterplan is on course.

PDP need to spend some time repenting and learning from their past undoings. It is still too early to return PDP to power.

It's Lagos-Ibadan railway. There's still a long way to go from where you are.

You don't necessarily pray that the project gets abandoned but try and temper your optimism with caution till it's done and you ride in it.

The Lagos-Ibadan expressway should have been completed by now but they are still there.

What shocked me about Atiku is his campaign manager, OGD. The OGD I know is one of the greatest looters of all time. Billions and lot of Ogun State landed properties converted to personal use and there records are there. He bailed himself after arrest with 500 million after which nothing serious has been heard about the case again. I hope you saw the news and video where Saraki said they cut the Lag/Ibd road project by 30 billion in the 2018 budget, How do you expect the Executive to finish it? East/West road which is less than 1,000 Km has been on for over 10 years and no tangible progress has been made... Lag/Ibd express was flagged off in 2014 and we all know the politics that was going on.... Buhari's government did not start in 2018.

Before the 2018 budget there were two solid budgets, precisely 2016 and 2017, did Saraki cut those ones too?

A basic google search will lead you to simple answers to your confusion.

Lagos-Ibadan expressway reconstruction was not flagged off in 2014 for politics as you falsely claimed.

It was flagged off on 5th July 2013 to be completed in 2017. You can read and watch the footage on the link below
