Boss, if a governor is caught on tape raping or pumping a gun on someone's head, you cant touch him legally. That Immunity clause is that strong! Your leeway could be to initiate the state house of assembly to take it up... And thats if they arent in his pocket already, also the state Chief Judge.

Na so...when he was jumping around Fayose when he was still governor he did not know governors had immunity then abi?,the annoying thing is the way they all pretend the whole thing never happened and act surprised when asked questions about it.

Excellent. Since our media cannot call them out here, the rest of us will use ANY available medium to shame the hell out of them. Silly lying clowns, this government, screwing up every single institution. Mr Integrity my a$$. I don't even know why the opposition isn't milking this Ganduje and other corrupt incidents to their benefit, they can make things very awkward for PMB.

i feel like insulting you but i will ignore you.This was the same issue that marred jonathan government where deziani madueke was given a free hand to loot Nigeria.I want him to be hanged, do you know the kind of suffering we are going through because of this politicians.
Someone will graduate and getting jobs will become a problem .All this contractor, money they would have used to execute the projects and employ graduates will be channelled to fuel the account of our greedy politicians .

I need to ask if ignoring obvious facts one of the reasons you sold out your conscience. If you were mentally functional while listening to that video, the guy reminded you that "you can investigate a sitting governor". Why not ask yourself why Ganduje has not been investigated?

Are you really saying you are not seeing the falsehood in this government? Or have you been paid to keep quiet?

Do you realise that fayose's assets were seized by EFCC, even though he was a siting governor?

Typpically daft and moronic submission from a typically daft and moronic source.
The immunity clause prevents prosecution of a sitting executive governor, but it does not prohiibit his investigation. While in office he can still be investigated pending when he has served his term and he is no longer under the protection of the immunity clause when he can now be prosecuted. That was the case with Joshua Dariye and Jolly Nyame.
Stop embarrassing yourself by putting your ignorance on display.

Please receive sense or better still, listen to the arguments and video... For clarity, it says, a sitting governor can be investigated but can't be prosecuted that the Supreme Court has ascertain that bt magu last month or earlier this month said, he can't investigate gandollar

One thing I observe with this administration is, looters in the APC are treated with deodorant while those in the other parties are treated with insecticide. That's to say if you're not in the ruling party you are presumed guilty of many criminal acts until proven innocent but for those in the party are innocent and can not be proven guilty at all.
