You see why we call APC terrorists. The Governors approved a fund since April and the Presidency has the right to draw on that fund without NASS approval and this December and the approved funds are kept locked up somewhere while our soldiers are dying like fowls.

By approving those funds, the Governors handed the Presidency an unrestrained access to $1 Billion from funds they would have used to developed their states, but Mr President failed to release those funds to the Military in the name of Bureaucracy.

APC has a bad of habit of trying to deceive people using stupid jargons. Bureaucracy is a network of all non-elected State officials under the payroll of the government and accountable to the President.

This is 8 months since that approval. So how does Civil Servants prevent Buhari from accessing a fund that were already approved for National Security?

This people are evil.

Shut up

Do u have anything meaningful n important to say about the none release of d money after 9mnths, while Nigerian soldiers are slaughtered like chickens by insurgents?

I remember this Govt bypassing d Natl assembly to approve defence funds in breach of d constitution. On d reason of time constraints to get legislative approval due to emergency nature of defence demands.

Same govt could not release defence funds after 9mnth due to yeye bureaucracy. Meanwhile soldiers are killed now due to lack adequate weapons, by insurgents that were armed by secret speedy payment by this same clueless govt in d name of ransoms.

Pls if u got something meaningful n cogrnt to say, do. But if u wanna wallow in sentiments, politics, lies n propagandas, respect urself n stop embarrassing intelligent people here.

The money is probably invested by some legit fraudster into a 1% per month investment program to yield something for them angry

3 months in treasury bill would yield at least $25m (2.5%) guaranteed! No, it's for people's pocket but NA will get their $1bn tho angry

Then share the $25m to 25 people involved ($1m each). The smart ones dump 300m out of their $1m into Treasury bill for a year for a guaranteed 30m per year. angry They don't have to work again all their lives because that 30m is 2.5m monthly salary with their 300m fully untouchedangry

Automatic retirement! angry
