We have been commissioned to shortlist candidates for the position of Regional Sales Representatives for the different Sales Regions created in Lagos.

Candidates will be trained to direct the products to the specific markets as already identified.

These are very fast moving products and the market already exists. The employed candidates will be guided to meet with the customers and using a pre-designed and tested three step strategy effect the process of converting them from prospect to customer. They are then expected to manage the customers and grow the demand in their respective territories subsequently.

Candidates without any Sales experienced may be considered as Trainees!

While ability to drive backed by a valid Driver’s license will be an added advantage it may not necessarily be a precondition for selection.

This is not a qualifications specific role. Any candidate with the required confidence, smart disposition, proficient communication skills and an average intelligence quotient will be considered. Familiarity with the chosen territory will also be considered during the shortlisting exercise.

Your attitudinal disposition will be appraised objectively. Please note that this is by far the most important requirement.

Only candidates who show the potential of being able to transform into managers within 9 Months (January till September 2019)will be considered.

The position pays Thirty Thousand Naira (NGN30,000.00) for the first three months.
