JESUS IS THE FORM AND UNCHANGING ESSENCE OF GOD
THE LETTER OF PAUL TO THE PHILIPPIANS CHAPTER 2 VERSES 4-7 SAY THAT: 4. Do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. 5. Have this same attitude in yourselves which was in Christ Jesus [look to Him as your example in selfless humility], 6. who, although He existed in the form and unchanging essence of God [as One with Him, possessing the fullness of all the divine attributes -the entire nature of deity], did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped or asserted [as if He did not already possess it, or was afraid of losing it]; 7. but emptied Himself [without renouncing or diminishing His deity, but only temporarily giving up the outward expression of divine equality and His rightful dignity] by assuming the form of a bond -servant, and being made in the likeness of men [He became completely human but was without sin, being fully God and fully man].

Yes, He is the Divine Design, (The eternal algorithm) used to create everything on earth. No one escapes Him, just like no one can escape the sun on earth.

The Message Colossians 1:15-18
We look at this Son and see the God who cannot be seen. We look at this Son and see God's original purpose in everything created. For everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible, rank after rank after rank of angels—everything got started in him and finds its purpose in him. He was there before any of it came into existence and holds it all together right up to this moment. And when it comes to the church, he organizes and holds it together, like a head does a body.

He reigns and rules over all the earth and every knee shall bow to Him.
