This electoral act started since 2007 , and the then PDP President refuses assent the bill due to some certain reason and nothing happen.

I solely l blame NASS. This is the 4th time and the presidency is still noticing certain errors. I'm thinking those errors must be deliberate because I don't know how the NS can't draft an errorless document at the fourth attempt if it's not meant to be intentional

Withholding Presidential Signature by any form of Delay is Autocracy, Feudalism and wanton recklessness of the Presidency. The NASS should sign the Bill constitutionally and enlist the withdrawal of the President's Signature as IMPEACHABLE OFFENCE AGAINST THE PRESIDENT.
