Procedures in an Ikeja High Court took a strange measurement on Monday when a portion of a sex video tape between a wedded dad of three and his ex-darling was played in the court.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the dad of three, Peter Omokaro, is an ex-financier, while his ex-sweetheart, Titilayo Nosa-Igiebor, is a businessperson.

Omokaro who is in his mid 60s had sued Nosa-Igiebor, 33, over her non-installment of an asserted N15 million credit he gave her amid their relationship.

The tape was played when Mr Victor Okpara, advice to Nosa-Igiebor, drove her in proof.

The video which played for over a hour demonstrated Omokaro and Nosa-Igiebor lying in bed in a lodging, consenting to the terms of the 'advance' before taking part in sex.

Omokaro could be heard in the video, before consenting to the arrangement, saying: "I trust I am not marking my passing warrant."

He was additionally heard telling Nosa-Igiebor that he had no goal of recovering the advance.

The respondent's advice offered a duplicate of the advance assention in proof.

The guidance told the court that Clause Five of the assention exempted Nosa-Igiebor from reimbursing the supposed credit as a result of their sexual relationship.
