It is called PUBLIC INDECENCY. Even in US where most weird things are allowed it is outlawed. What is really going on with Nigerian Police these days. You arrest prostitutes inside a hotel having consensual sex and leave another set of prostitutes in a car before it is consensual. Thats crass Injustice. SMH

Its actually a crime in many civilised countries despite us believing we have better morals.
Don't forget children can be found in public places.
I guess the Nigerian constitution is different.

Committing a lewd act in public is a misdeamenour crime in many civilised countries including US. It is a crime. People have been arrested for it. It's just a small crime though.
Only few people want to watch live porn. We have to consider others around you. Also children are everywhere
