It does justify a policeman legalizing sex in public places. He said having sex in car is legal. He neither mention whether in a bush or in a parking lot or by thw street. Acting indecent in the public places is not acceptable even in so called civilized country.

I am not talking about embarrassing anybody. it is simply unacceptable to have sex in a car in the public squares.

I was about saying the same thing, its a misdemeanor in the most sane societies punishable by a fine/community service.

I don't think it's a police problem tho, because if the legislature don't make it a law, the police certainly can't enforce it.
