Some of you here need to go back to primary school. Cos you guys don't even have a single idea of what the electrol act amendments is all about. During 2015 election apc was tell inec to use only the card reader why the pdp said no. Rather inec should use both the card reader and the manual form. The question I want you guys to ask your self is that why do pdp want inec to use only the card reader this time. |
