I am not here to post according to your PERSONAL OPINIONS  . . . @OAMAJ and @Mukina included. I am a different Nigerian who sees things, death included differently. I don't believe in that silly "speak good of the dead because they are dead" superstition most of y'all probably believe in. Believe should be allowed to express their emotions towards the dead and the living as long as they do it in a civil manner, and civility not according to the EMOTIONS of moderators.

If you want to RESTRICT people to speaking of death or the dead a certain way, then please LET THAT BE MADE A RULE on NAIRALAND, and let everyone be notified of it  . . . .if this is to become a MINI-CHINA ruled by the whims of the Moderators, inform us all of this as well.

Those who think it is TOO HEARTLESS for others to vent or freely express themselves, should be advised to find themselves a safe, solitary place in their rooms to go do their mourning if they really care so much about the subjects. Not decide who gets to vent or not on a thread about the dead or undead . . . whichever one it is. We are all hear to express ourselves. As long as it is being done without insults and attacks on individuals, it should open opinion forum, unless there is something else you moderators have cooking that we have not been informed of.

Several thread making mockery of Awolowo and other leaders made it to the front page of NL. I see no reason why Ojukwus own should be left out.

I also have issues with the way Ojukwus commited suicide threads were taken down when the Awolowo suicide threads survived for over 2yrs on this same NL without anyone b1tching about it. But I see that you have addressed them in the previous page

I guess whenever its time for Ibos to wear the shoe on the other foot they now remember how much it pains.
