Mourinho is the "rudest" of all coaches, he always have issues with his players. Ever since he won the UCL at Porto his head became something else.

Nothing wrong with that picture and the "Caption this". As usual, people are allowed to read meaning into it and whatever you read is left to you. BTW, that sacking took too long. Mourinho is an old school coach/manager.

1. His team are always in disarray after 2 years.
2. The only manage (at least one of the very few) that criticise and belittle his players publicly
3. Want to be in the limelight when the team are winning and playing well.
4. Throw his players under the bus when things are going wrong.
5. Blames other teams for spending too much even though he spent much with little to show
6. The only one that uses all opportunity to tell people the trophies he has won.

I don´t see a top team signing him any time soon unless that team is desperate. Good riddance to old school rubbish.
