Remember how hard it was to get your PVC?
Remember how long you had to wait to do Biometric Capture?

Well in 2015 INEC allowed a whole 341,151 people whose PVC supposedly MALFUNCTIONED

341,151 people who voted WITHOUT FULL biometric accreditation.

So these people came with Real or fake cards which the card reader COULD NOT READ and whose thumb print did not correlate with the INEC database.


IF WE REMOVE these figures from APC's results in Lagos, then PDP won fair and square!


How did these 341,151 people find themselves as accredited voters?
Ask the 2015 Lagos Resident Electoral Commissioner, the current Minister of Health!

Adewole was the Returning Officer not REC, REC are Inec permanent staff, RO were employed just to come read out results and announce winner according to whatever the Inec rules given to him is, they don't go about to monitor election.

I was an observer here in Lagos, to be honest Jimi Agbaje won the election. I don't know about the Presidential. Most people that voted Buhari in Presidential turned around and voted Jimi during the governorship but I was surprised when Ambode was announced as the winner.

RO don't have power to determine election rules, they don't even have opinion in respect to the election rule compliance, they only read out results, hope you watched that presidential result release then, the FUPRE VC or was it UNIPORT had issues with the result that he was seeking for light everywhere, but he couldn't voice out whatever it's in his mind, he is meant to read and check if there is compliance with the rule book given to him.
