Now I know that the workers are dancing to a drum being beaten by APC propagandists hiding in the forest. They did it to GEJ now they want to do it again to frustrate the PDP-led national assembly.

Only zombies are fooled. grin

Please, do not rush to blame Saraki on this. Y'all know how sensitive Saraki always handle issues. I repeat, do not rush like the Zombies up there to crucified Saraki on this until we know who and who are responsible for the workers payment.

Just come out and say it is Buhari and Saraki that sued the NASS workers. Your hypocrisy is legendary. You are so ashamed of calling out your hero so you had to link Buhari to Saraki's shit. If Buhari had sued ASUU or any striking union, you would have written a lengthy gibberish to abuse the president. I dey shame for some of you self.

A vote for one Nigeria is a vote for work and no pay, a vote for one Nigeria is a vote for poverty, a vote for one Nigeria is vote for pay for darkness, is vote for intimidation from Nigerian politicians in power.

Support Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for your freedom, vote IPOB for good lives, a vote for Biafra freedom is a vote for a developed nation where everyone will have rights at all time to question their representatives/political leaders.

Useless animal that killed his father is now our Senate president. Instead of him to pay his workers he went ahead to Sue them. SARAKI and ATIKU with their 40 thieves will never smell that ASO ROCK.
If these animals (PDP) should come back to ASO ROCK, federal government workers will surfer no be small.

You just develop goose bumps when you remember that this guy narrowly lost at PDP presidential primaries. If he had won these same online PDP soldier ants would have been making the same noise about "making Nigeria great again" or perhaps another more attractive slogan. It is not by slogan. It is about character.

Nigeria’s Senate President Dr. Bukola Saraki has sued workers of the National Assembly for embarking on an industrial action over unpaid allowances.

In a an ex-parte motion issued by the National Industrial Court of Nigeria in Abuja, and which was signed by the Assistant Chief Registrar, Hauwa Yakubu, Esq., the Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara sought a restraining order stopping the workers under the Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria (PASAN) from proceeding on strike.

The “order of interim injunction”, issued through suit No. NICN/ABJ/360/2018 dated 18th December, 2018, directed the leadership of PASAN and their agents to refrain from proceeding on strike.

It states inter alia:

“An order of interim injunction restraining all the defendants /respondents, particularly their agents, provides, servants, however called from taking steps to proceed or proceeding on strike, pending the determination of the motion. ”

“An interim injunction restraining PASAN, their agents, privies, servants from giving directives to their members to proceed or proceeding on strike.”

The Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria in the National Assembly on Monday embarked on a four-day warning strike over unpaid allowances to the tune of N2.7 billion.

PULSE NAIJA reports also that PASAN members were stopped from gaining access to the National Assembly on Wednesday when President Muhammadu Buhari presented the 2019 appropriation bill.

A fool at 56 is a fool forever. Imagine threathening workers who are crying out for their unpaid allowances running into months while you go home with your full salary and allowances running into millions. Is he not ashamed? Yet some idiots will put the bulk of the blame at Buhari's desk.

COURT STOPS LABOUR FROM COMMENCING STRIKE ON NOVEMBER 6

A Court has ordered the Nigeria Labour Congress to shelve its strike action scheduled to begin on November 6, because it will hurt the economy.
Organised labour has been threatening the federal government with a strike action over a new national minimum wage.
The minimum wage is currently pegged at N18,000 monthly. Labour wants that reviewed to N30,000 monthly, but the federal government is holding out for N25,000; with state governors saying they can only afford to pay N22,500.
A tripartite committee made up of organised labour, the federal government and the private sector has also not been able to resolve the wage crisis.
Labour has repeatedly said as things stand, it has been left with no option but to shut down the nation’s economy beginning from November 6, 2018.
Justice Kado throws spanner in the works
However, on Friday, November 2, 2018, Justice Sanusi Kado of the Industrial Court ruled on an ex parte application moved on behalf of the federal government by the Solicitor-General of the Federation and Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Justice, Mr. Dayo Apata.
Justice Kado agreed with Apata’s prayers to wit: if the strike is allowed to commence, it will lead to huge economic loss for the public and private sectors and could jeopardise the health of many Nigerians who would not be able to access health facilities during the period.
Justice Kado has adjourned further hearing on the case to November 8.
The judge also ordered that the court papers be dispatched to all the defendants.
The review of a minimum wage has often been a subject of dispute between the government and organised labour.

I hope you are not mentally derailed.
