Dear I'm sure you're negative but you should wait for 3-6 months to be very sure. A runs girl in my hostel during my university days once suspected she had HIV after having unprotected sex with one of her numerous clients. The information you provided is incomplete. It will be helpful if you can state the standard of the laboratory/ies where the tests were done. Private or government owned. If private, is it licensed. Are you sure a result that will calm your anxiety was not written for you?

HIV screening with ELISA or PCR will give you accurate result within 4-6weeks after exposure to HIV. This is what most labs use in Nigeria. It test the antibody our body develop against the virus. It is very simple to use and available at point of care.

The other array of tests that can show earlier evidence of infection within 1 to 2 weeks are the tests against the HIV viral particles, though not widely available.
They are test for P24 viral protein and HIV Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (NAAT).

You can go to Pathcare or Mecure Lab, I'm sure you will get a reliable test.
