Colleagues were overcharged by GTB on their facilities, they reported to CBN through an auditor and GTB was to refund each person in the range of 1Million to 2Million. GTB agreed and reduced the refund to the range of 700k to 1.5Million. However for over two months after the agreement, GTB is yet to refund and they continue to charge them 20k per month for overdrawn their account. THE QUESTION IS SHOULD THEY GO TO COURT? |
