Order came from C in C
Ruling party APC

You can't prove that anywhere.

When you use soldiers to do the work of police, there are always consequences such as this.

Yes, Buhari will bear the responsibility. But that is not to say that he ordered it. We all know that our military don't have a great relationship with the civilians and this bitter relationship did not start today.

Nigerians have never had it so rough and tough like this before. Only in Buhari's regime, Nigeria has become a zoo, jungle and shithole combined. I pity those who are blinded by tribalism and selfish interests for even considering casting their votes for the tyrant called Buhari. I live abroad, but I feel greatly ashamed to call myself a Nigerian.

Our soldiers are mostly agile when they face unarmed civilians, send them to borne and they will be crying like babies.

in retrospect talking of Operation Python dance, my Eastern brothers can see that these killings are not tribal in any way....

it is just what it is with Nigerian soldiers and security operatives...

Hold it right there! Every madness and illegality/wrongdoing should be roundly criticised and condemned at every point of its occurrence! It is just what it is? How can u even make such a statement? Is that what it should be? So because it appears that the Army is generally mad therefore no meaning should be read into it by victims even when it is as clear as day? Is that some kind of joke?

But it is politics.

Everything that involves the responsibility of the federal government is political in nature.

The APC played politics when there were in opposition and broadcasted the failures of the reigning govt.

Why do you not want apc to be held to the same amount of scrutiny?

The only thing that moves politicians in Nigeria is reelection and politics.

If you divorce the politics from their responsibility, you have given them the perfect excuse.

You are wrong.

There are institutions such as the Armed Forces and Law Enforcement agencies that shouldn't be politicised.

Trying to politicise military brutality is one way to protect the issue and allow it to continue reoccurring.

We read about soldiers shaving some people's hair against their wish. Is that also politics for you? Did Buhari order that!!! Is that the first time the military have trampled on people's rights?

What about the extrajudicial killings in the North?

Yes, the bulk of the blame goes to the president. But the military need to be held responsible too.

It is not me or you. It is the commander in chief.

And when the same thing keeps reoccurring without change, it means the commander in chief is failing at his job.

The Military is not an independent unit. It serves at the pleasure of their president.

I don't suppose that any of you know what it means to "politicise" issues of national interest.
so we should keep quiet and watch as our people die everyday with does charged with the responsibilities of protecting them doing nothing because we do not want to "politicise" national issues

There are better ways. Instead of being petty, you should call for a better police. Soldiers are not supposed to be used to control protesters. Soldiers are trained to kill.

Where were the Nigerian police? Is this nation practicing democracy or not? Is it the duty of the army to respond to protests? Or have they (army) not yet inported rubber bullets? If I even continue asking, will they respond? Nigerians, is high time we do the needful, by using our best PVCs. Long live for those on seat that wish us well in this nation.

OK, all the "accidental shootings" were ordered abi?

Go to Ojoo barracks and abuse a soldier and see whether he will wait for a call from his CO before blowing your head up.

You think the Nigerian Army is the same as the US or Indian Army.
