okay so this is it. I started looking into dropshipping on shopify,ebay and Amazon and hit a snag when it came to the payment methods for customers, I know Paypal is the most commonly used payment gateway for all online shops which means it is wise to have a paypal account when venturing into the dropshipping business.
I am currently based in North Cyprus and paypal is no loner in turkey or north cyprus but I would like to dropship to countries like US,UK,even Tur but opening a US paypal account that is verified have not been successful, I looked into UAE paypal and open one successfully, but I dont know if it can be used for drop shipping. so my question is

1 Can UAE Paypal be used for Dropshipping to any country?
2 Is Pay pal accounts restricted to the country you opened with?
3 what is the best option for me in terms of using paypal for this business and which country is better and for xample having a uae paypal does that mean i can only dropshipp in uae countries only?

Please if you have any insights as well please i would be very much grateful if you can shares this
