Never trust your Family /Friends with money.

Always do it yourself.

Don't expect too much from anyone .. including your parents.

learnt a lot of things, but most importantly I learnt that nothing lasts forever.

when I lost my younger brother a little over 2 months ago I realized life and death just has a fleeting moment in-between.

never live in life to please anyone

live each day like its your last

everything fades away when due, nothing is permanent.

get closer to God

2018 taught me the virtue of patience and the reward of perseverance. It is never late to start all over again. Put in the efforts and eventually, you will win!

Whatever happens in life happened for a reason..we should be grateful and something great can come out of it..it just a matter of time and patience..

I think I learnt two important things;

°The Angel you think you know has fragments of demons within him/her
°No one is weak

Never give up, keep trying, persevere, after each failed attempt go back to the drawing board and see what went wrong, correct it and try again your success is just around the corner. Above all trust in God. I had some major breakthroughs this year by this Principle...

On a not too good note, had a terrible relationship life and learnt to let go and never beg to be in anybody's life in order to save your self from unnecessary trauma.

I learnt this life is like a rented apartment, where no one can afford to be a landlord and no one can get out of it alive. I lost a loved one (RIP).

Never to trust an old friendship lost but reconnected 2ru workplace thinking the individual is still the same person.

Never to rely or confide on someone.

Never to allow procrastination deal with me as it dealt with me 2018.

Regret falling in love blindly and foolishly.

Finally, never to waste my productive times on nairaland and other social media.

2018 taught me a lot of lessons both bitter and sweet ones. But in all things i thank God who has made it possible for us to witness the last days of the last month of the year. Otito dili chineke.

Once you have your heart set at achieving something, don't hesitate.

I registered my company at the later part of the year simply because of hesitation. Though I have had my heart set to doing so for a while.

Now I handle cool contracts and all I do legally is forex and crypto trading.

Hesitation is not hygienic.

I learnt a lot of things this year but the most profound are;

1) No one acts above what he or she has knowledge of.

2) Never expect something from anyone, If you are 20 and your family puts good food on the table two or three times a day, provides you with shelter and clothing, you should know you're richer than over 85 million Nigerians. So stop complaining.

3) You can do whatever you want to do if you can get knowledge and learn skills, through books, online including YouTube, meet smart people, etc and put in the required hardwork needed. If you have only one source of income, that should change this coming year, whether as a student or not.

4)I also got to know about the Grace of the Lord. I mean Grace separated from the law Most preachers wouldn't want you to know that, they prefer keeping you afraid under the law in disguise of Grace. And before you criticize denominationally, there's only one gospel given.

5) I also learnt that lending money can actually destroy friendships.

Your Call of Action this year should be just as my Boss said: skills and implementation.
