We don't have sense of Adventure in this country at all...I think I can actually try this, just to fulfill a sense of exploration--I love nature and the wildlife , but any small squeak on the wooden floor in the middle of the night will send me to a total frenzy, so i probably won't even sleep with both eyes closed...I'd be half awake....

If this is in Nigeria, the cost per night would be 5 times the N38k, even though the quality of the accomodation will be below standard, and you may not be too sure you wouldn't end up as lunch for the lions because a contractor failed to fully secure the window and barricade that separate the lions and occupants in the building even though contractor was fully paid.

I paid N39k per night for a 3-star hotel in Lagos. And that was sometime in 2009, almost 10 years ago. Every thing is overpriced in Nigeria, even when it's obvious the quality is low. I used a Freelancing site to hire Freelancers. While an average Freelancer charges $20 per hour, I saw some newbie Freelancers from Nigeria stating above $50 per hour. I just laugh, because I know many of these freelancers can't compete with foreign ones because they don't even have access to enough electricity to complete the task.

I used to reason the same way but when I remember this class of super-adventurous Nigerians I finally agreed that every society has some except that circumstances would shape the type of adventure one takes. The only drawback on our side is that most Nigerians would not take on adventurous risk without a monetary or material gain.
