I’ve embraced a new lifestyle
but, not a new person.
A lot are on my mind.
The hitch is how to walk through all these works.
I’ve been beaten more than I can count.

A new life to which I cling today
Pardon my actions and inactions
Folly is my ways
Ignore my past
And heal my weakness.

Teach me how to live
And not to live how to teach
The zeal in me is real
Help me reel the wheel
Until I can leap without fear

May this new life bring me peace.
And may all my labour past
Be crowned with success
So did I ask...
