God created pairs of everything to act as counter to each other and result in a balance. When one of the pairs changes in its counter-act, the other follows the change as well and bring about a new balance of a reduced or incresed total measure. This study and its discoveries might be a more practical approach, taken with changes in behavior, that would bring about a scientific breakthrough to better manage waste and earth ecological disturbance and thus a reduced magnetic energy, and in response to which the sun will naturally dim its own energy to maintain an equilibrium.

Rather, why can't we just transfer on-earth-produced Ozone (the Oxygen triatomic molecule O3) to replenish the fast depleting Ozone layer. That should be able to reduce the ultra Violet radiation coming from the Sun to Earth.
