This is a strong proof that the US fugitive Atikuloot is the major financer of Boko Haram. That North East is Atikuloot region and he surely knows how to get things done there. Atikuloot can see clearly from afar that Buhari will be getting over 80% votes in all North Eastern states including Atikuloot home state of Adamawa that is why Atikuloot has to create unrest and chaos there so that the people will flee their homes and be unable to vote.
