The Nigerian Police cannot disappoint as it has always been their Trade Mark to kill and inflict injury on innocent Nigerians for no provocation. You can imagine an officer getting drunk while on duty and other senior officers will be watching him while armed.

The issue is that the police image maker could now come out to defend theirs and even claim that the two wanted to snatch the officer's gun, hence he opened fire on them.
Why not reform the police and only give them ordinary baton to carry since they are not confronting armed robbers. Only SARS should be allowed to carry gun when the need arises.
