Buhari should try other service chiefs. Buratai and his
Colleagues have failed woefully.

One of the biggest ills of Buhari is reinforcing failure.
All his service chiefs have failed from COAS (Buratai) to CAS to IGP. Don't know much about CNS, yet Buhari doesn't want to change them. It's very sad.
