Job Title: Project Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity
Collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle
Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside consultants efficiently
Report updates verbally and in written form to management
Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently
Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email
Attending and supporting with site visits
Managing documentation relating to projects
Liaising with Clients, Contractors and Consultants
Data collection, entry & reporting
Electronic file management
Requirements and Qualification

Construction related degree/diploma or other relevant qualification
Experience with in working in construction site
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible approach, working as part of a team
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and time management skills
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
