Hey guys just send wapgprs space phone make  phone model eg     wapgprs nokia 3230. If they dont send it then txt internetgprs in the same format above e.g internetgprs nokia  3230 then send to  +232. After this change the apn to wap.ng.celtel.com well they would charge you but to browse for free change your ip address by you looking for the one that is assigned for your phone then you can browse for free. Bye that's all folks.

@Tope.u sound a little contradictory n confused at d same time.u said in one of ur posting dat,u and some of ur guys tried changing celtel APN to their old one:wap.vmobile4me.com.but it only work 4 one guy.and u ar telling pple now dat they shd try and find their fone ip,with dat they shd be able 2 browse.let us be sincere and stop deluding ourselves.let me ask u a simple questn.do u browse free with ur celtel line?Guys,on a more serious n sincere note,anybody dat change his APN or ip wont be able 2 browse at all with his celtel.I need sb 2 prove me wrong with evidence.LOL

Well if you want to know celtel's administrator's have their own apn that is entirely different from we the user's and that administrative apn is hidden. And for every of their costumer that browses through their ip and apn they redirect them to just one ip that is 196.46.242.74address and through this ip address they charge you guys and there is another ip address that they use to identify your phones so to browse free it is either you get the administrative apn or your own ip address. So that explains everything.

And the settings does not work for all phones. Just for some phone products.
