Maybe it's someone's share of an illicit business...armed robbery or kidnapping...maybe d keke was driven through a police checkpoint and d owner alighted to avoid bn stopped and searched...because no genuine businessman would carry such a huge amount of money around in a Ghana must go bag...board a tricycle and then leave d money behind.

Efforts are being made to locate the the person who forgot a large amount of money in a tricycle in Akwa Ibom state.

According to journalist Harrison Essien, the money was forgotten by a passenger in the tricycle popularly known "Keke Napep" which plied Itam Junction in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, during the festive season.

The money was recovered by the honest tricycle rider - is now being deposited in the Marketing Directorate of the Akwa Ibom Broadcasting corporation.

The owner of the money or members of the public who have knowledge of anyone, who lost a substantial amount of money are requested to come to AKBC Corporate Headquarters, 3, Udo Udoma Avenue, Uyo, with adequate proof of ownership to get the same amount.

Something is definitely brewing up in Akwa Ibom.


I blame Akpabio for everything - After stealing himself into becoming a billionaire with regional backing, he allowed himself to be flogged into line by one 78 year old Daura cow who’s a mere puppet in the hands of his kinsmen and his criminal cronies.Now just look at what Akwa Ibom state has turned into.

People are now forgetting huge sum of money in a keke ? undecided
