who else thinks this man shouldn't get another job after the damage he did to my beloveth MANCHESTER UNITED?
And even if he will be considered for a job, he should be given just 2 year contract, because on the third year, he leaves you with damage that will take you 5 years or more to mend.

He won EUROPA, got Man Utd back to Champions League and finished second, which was the best league finish by Man Utd since, Fergie left..yet you say he damaged Man Utd. Cut the guy some slack, his man-management may be bad, but he is still a good tactician

grin

Yet some fans keep shouting Guardiola / Messi should go to smaller clubs to prove themselves.

Do you really think your opinion matters?

Jose has proven himself in smaller clubs, Benfica and Porto. And since Jose won the UCL with Porto, no team outside the big 4 leagues in Europe (German, Spanish, English and Italian) has won the Uefa Champions League. Guardiola cannot win it with such a small team.

Why didn't Mou win with Madrid and Chelsea where he had all the necessary materials needed ? Or let him go back to Porto or Benfica. His career will just be sealed there. Money has destroyed all those smaller teams in terms of UCL. That is same reason whey teams like Ac Milan aren't contenders again. All those past Glory of Mou has expired

Sportdab:
Former Manchester United coach Jose Mourinho has ruled out a return to coaching at Benfica.

The 55-year-old was sacked by Manchester United on December 18 just days after the club lost 3-1 against Liverpool.

MySportDab report despite winning three trophies at United, Jose Mourinho struggled to keep his Manchester United team in the top four and lost his job.

Ever since his exit at United, Mourinho has been linked with a return to Real Madrid in Spain and jobs in Portugal.

"I do not like feeding news stories, but I have no intention of working in Portugal," Jose Mourinho told Correio da Manha TV.

"The best way to respect a great club [Benfica] and a great president is to say that I was not approached."

Quizzed on whether he could see himself back in La Liga or Serie A, Mourinho said: "It's a tremendous honour when you return to a club where you've been, but I'm talking to you and I will not talk to anyone else.

"I'm not training, I love that I amnot talked about all the time and the best way to ensure that remains the case is for me to not talk either."

"voyuer", "specialist in failure", "evil", those were some of the words Mourinho used on Arsene Wenger. But Mourinho forgot the saying "do not insult the aligator until you cross the river". He forgot that football had long grown beyond his ancient and strange defensive tactics. He simply was a very lucky coach who used ogboju to promote himself. He called himself "the special one", but did not reckon on names like Klopp, Guardiola, etc. He thought only him could move from league to league winning medals. There he is today. His value plummeted. Hopefully after Chelsea and Man united he has learnt some lessons.

Actually I think the guy believes in wininnig laurels, and that is why all his tactics are focussed accordingly. Remember he sacrificed top four to concetrate and win the Europa with manu. Presently he is one of the top medal winning coaches. It is clubs seeking to win laurel that needs him, forget about style and tradition.
