When we tell people that corruption affects us all, you hear them defending corruption when it suits them. Ganduje, the governor of Kano state was shown on video collecting money, the state house of assembly started their investigation and even invited the person who first exposed the video to confirm authenticity. They were ready to continue their investigation and perhaps impeach him when Ganduje went to get cover from the judiciary.

It is the same judiciary that is headed by a CJN who should know better but refused to declare all his accounts. The bone of contention at the moment is that he did not declare it, no one is asking him yet how he got it, that is a question for another day, so far it is assumed he got it legally, the problem is he conveniently forgot to declare such humongous amount.

So all those asking why Gandollar has not been tried, you have part of your answer here.

So what happened to the governor's immunity.

In essence the CJN has no power over the constitution.
