Racoon:

No goverment have so much insulted the sensibility of Nigerians with overt lies, deceit & propaganda as the APC government.

This useless government thinks everyone is a zombie. How can a sitting VP left the critical issue of governance with the poor deplorable state of the Nigerian security, economy, healthcare delivery, cost of living and be obsessed with distributing a paltry 10k vote-buying Social intervention disguised as "tradermoni"?
See the voters PVC number they denied was never on the form. undecided Why must the APC start this fraud 6months to a General election if not that there is a sinister intention?

before you bite your tongue ,, when last did saraki presided over NAss affairs ... having so much time to follow another man's dream ..
FIY , osibanjo remains the only active & efficient VP nigeria ever had, 2019 osibanjo is busy investing the low components(petite businesses) of the economy while,2004 atiku was busy selling nigeria properties ,enriching himself & friends , what did sambo & GEj actualise as VP ,fvck pdp
if you've seen the card reader machine you wonnt be ranting online ignorantly becos there is no way the pvc number gathered can be useful to apc as per rigging becos the reader only authenticate the pvc number & count when a card is present ..
what apc is doing wit the pvc no. in form is to filter participants & curb corruption from there accredited distributors.
the brief lecture is not becos of you, just concerned about others that are objective n want to learn

IS NIGERIA NOW A HOUSE OF TRAGIC COMEDY

It's so very disheartening, that this kind of trash could take place in the 21st century in a contraption called Nigeria.

Whilst, younger nations around the World are making meaningful impact in growing their economy and bettering the lot of their citizens, we are here burying our own, day in day out, as if burying was the sole responsibility of the Government!

Wherever anyone that had a hand in the bringing together of these diverse ethnic Nationalities to form the contraption called Nigeria are, let the good Lord Yeshua, pay them their deserved wages!

Anyway, the new dawn is just moments away.

And, mind you I'm not talking about any event of February.

Do think about it.

Shalom.

Is this empowering scheme not better than Jona looting us dry for more than 5yrs without giving us anything in return

Canada is a developed country yet is suffering from this sweeping recession but you expect a developing country as Nigeria whose economy is oil dependent especially at a time oil is selling at a low $50 rate, not to be in recession?

If the stupid Jonathan hadn't looted us dry at a time oil was selling at $110 rate, if he had saved more as well as constructed major infrastructures, we wouldn't be suffering at this time oil is selling at $50 rate. Better still, if the klepto hadn't also looted our foreign reserve from $48b to $26b, we wouldn't be in the mess we're in.

Despite earning 60% less than the previous regime, this admnistration has come up with several social, agricultural and infrastructural projects. Look at Lagos-Ibadan road and other roads being constructed, our new railway lines, new rice mills, cheap fertilizer production, Npower social schemes, tradermoni etc yet you expect us to vote in a useless party that destroyed our economy again?

Atiku, neva again.

All those who looted in PDP are now in APC so this one is outdated. It is vote buying with public funds.

Transparency my foot.
While I am not here to support APC or PDP, governance isn't about taking from the populace and then giving directly to the 'poor'. It is about creating a level playing field for all who wants to work their way up the wealth ladder.
This is indeed vote buying as TI rightly observed.
A fairer approach will be to encourage people to work harder while providing basic amenities like power, road and good government institutions.

Is Tradermoni a vote-buying scheme of the Federal Government? The first GEEP program started in 2016, so this is the third year of operation. The first loan registration was in May 2016. Since then, the GEEP program has been running nonstop across the country. It is the direct field learnings while implementing MarketMoni that led to the introduction of the TraderMoni which started as a mobile-based loan product and kicked off in September 2017. The point is that GEEP program did not start in election season. Very far from it.

BOI is the govt org giving out the loans. As a middle-class entrepreneur, or business mogul, you can walk into BOI today to borrow funds to grow your business. You walk out with your dignity intact, and possibly with a loan. Sometimes these loans run into tens of millions of Naira, and billions of Naira. Yet, nobody accuses you of being vote-bought, even when you are borrowing the money of a government institution or project. On what basis therefore do we assume that those at the bottom of the pyramid are also not intelligent economic actors who can make rational decisions to better their lives? These are human beings with goals, aspirations, and dignity like you. Read more: https://www.legit.ng/1216848-the-truth-tradermoni-uzoma-nwagba.html

As at November 2017, even before the country cared who was running for office or not, the Bank of Industry had disbursed over 300,000 loans. Moreover, for those who still push the vote-buying narrative, it is important to always ask: is GEEP (either MarketMoni, FarmerMoni, or TraderMoni) a wrong programme? In other words, is it impacting millions of Nigerians or not? If it is, then why would there be a wrong time to do the right thing?

I wonder where deceit will lead you. What you have faithfully typed is no longer news and castigating Atiku, Jonathan is no longer new. We need peace, progress and prosperity in the land even if it is XYZ that is in government. If you preach integrity, then practise it by all means. Why do they require your PVC number when filling the tradermoni form. If this program was really aimed at alleviating poverty, it should have been initiated before now and the benefit will be felt deeply and gain strong roots as its achievement will be open for all to see.

What happens if APC looses, a new government will take over and roll out a different plan and then trademoni will become crap and all the funds invested will become wasted..

So much for vote buying indeed.

As a matter of fact, it is noteworthy that some of the states with the largest beneficiaries are not even states that politically align with the party in power. As long as you are a Nigerian petty trader, you are eligible!

Plot twist

2019: Buhari retains VP Osinbajo

Does it not worry and astonish you that if you indeed agree that Buhari is an affliction that it is Pastor Prof and his machinery (not even Tinubu) that is propping him up, defending him at every turn? Sotay Sotay Sotay he begin dey answer question for am?

Arguably, Buhari won in 2015 more because Pastor Prof was VP. Now the same Pastor Prof that people voted to check Buhari is the one teaching an experienced *x*#"* like him bad habit?

Will you keep quiet?

APC is earning 60% less than the previous regime yet had many policies to their name. Look at Enugu-Onitsha-Aba road and other federal roads being constructed today. This admnistration made such construction happen while your clueless Jona did nothing despite having much more money.

What about our new railways, rice mills, cheap fertilizer? What about social policies such as tradermoni, Npower? If your clueless Jonathan had done something close to this, we wouldn't be in mess.

BTW, PVC is equivalent to National Id card. If you don't have your Id card, you write down your Pvc number. As far as Apc are not collecting people's pvc, you're only shouting to the air.
