Nothing will happen. Jonathan did worse. He removed justice Ayo Salami of Appeal court, and also removed CBN governor without any reason. Yorubas and Hausa S were quiet. Nothing, I repeat, nothing will happen.

Why were you trying so hard to protect a corrupt Gov found stuffing bride money in his babariga.

Anyways, who says you should not do anything. Just follow the constitution.

The governor has immunity, just like Fayose. The CJN has no immunity.

That's not the issue. The issue is that there is a process to follow before he can be removed or tried or convicted.

I don't know why people don't understand the importance of due process. Each and everyone of us in this life will find ourselves at a point in time when we shall need justice to prevail for our well-being or the well-being of someone we love. If due process is not followed, injustice will prevail always.

It is for this reason that people with right intent kick against actions like this so that in the day of our need we shall have the moral standing to cry out.

If you support the violation of due process because it favors you today, please don't ask for it when you are at the other end.

We really get brainless fools for this country. He's suspended, he's got the right to prove himself in court, he's not above the law. If innocent he's reinstated if guilty he should pack his load and go. It's not by force

Read the Constitution before commenting.

The president don't have the Constitutional power to suspend the Chief Justice of Nigeria.

If only Buhari knows what the Constitution says, he won't dare to suspend the CJN.

Because there is a government inside this government, that's why he acted that way.

It's a let down on the principle of separation of power and Rule of law.

Buhari should stop drawing a battle line.

Installing another Muslim CJN is a clear indication that this country will one day be islamatised.

People are free to say what ever they want to say.The fact remains that buhari is the president of nigeria and is at liberty to sack the chief justice of nigeria,if he is found wanting without relying on mere technicalities of the law. Those chanting war songs should always know that, they can not fight the fedral government.Your pvc is your bullet use it and fight injustice

It seems to me you are the dumb one here. Your President does not have the constitutional right to suspend the CJN.
