Apt. All this furore would've been unnecessary if the CJN had done the right thing which was to resign but he was rather playing smart, shopping for injunctions and postponing NJC's meeting. He should RECLUSE himself on matters relating to the investigation once a petition gets to the NJC ( by the way, am still not aware of any petition to the NJC on this matter which speaks volumes).
