Could natural instincts triumph over ignorance?

Take for instance, a man who has lived in solitude for all his life knowing only male folks like himself. He knows absolutely nothing about intercourse and the existence of the female folks, now will such a man feel any sexual arousal once he finds a naked woman for the first time or sees a sex scene play out in front of him for the first time also? Will he feel something new when he does something little as press a woman's breast or grope her ass?

Please I need your contributions and thoughts on this.

Since he hasn't seen the opposite sex and he does not know what intercourse is,he won't be aroused at first seeing her naked, but later he will definitely get aroused because it is natural.
