NJC will take a position and with the massive public and international condemnation I'm sure Bubu never saw this coming SirBunky85: |

DMerciful:FYI, pmb doesn't give a damn abt international outcry and pmb can decide to respect the recommendations of the njc or choose to ignore it .remember, gej ignored d njc recommendations to reinstate justice salami and nothing happened |
Re: Breaking: CCT Adjourns Trial Of Suspended CJN, Onnoghen Indefinitely by DMerciful(m): 3:14pm On Jan 28, 2019 |
Then the removal was triggered from the NJC and not one useless and suspect exparte order, know the difference. Having said that, regarding the international community, Abacha, Saddam Hussein, Gaddafi, Gbagbo said worse and these guys are more rugged than Bubu. You know how they ended , nobody messes with US and her allies! SirBunky85: |

D same court of appeal told you to stop proceedings but you only agreed after you have given your master the useless order. Our democracy is dead! |

PaChukwudi44:And then the case will be taken to the supreme court where Tanko will be waiting and so on and so forth. You see. No one has the monopoly of deploying legal technicalities! |

SirBunky85:And do you know the implication and impact of them stopping to give us grants and aids? |
Re: Breaking: CCT Adjourns Trial Of Suspended CJN, Onnoghen Indefinitely by dominusgai(m): 5:43pm On Jan 28, 2019 |
Mynaija292:Hmm, the rule of Dasuki and elzakzaky will not apply here. Lawyers are like the mafia, when you mess directly with one of them, you mess with all of them. They will ground the judicial system to a halt, scaring foreign investment like hell. Believe me, they will make Buhari's life a living hell if he disregards them. |
Re: Breaking: CCT Adjourns Trial Of Suspended CJN, Onnoghen Indefinitely by Tecno66: 5:46pm On Jan 28, 2019 |
DMerciful:And Falana released a statement that the court of appeal does not have power to restrain the CCT. Where do these people get their training? Even a layman knows that the court of appeal is superior to the CCT. |

frankmoney: Don't mind all of them. The judiciary is fielding various players in a theatre of absurdities. You cannot go to an appeal when there is no judgement of the lower court that you want to appeal. However, Onnoghen and his co-players went to appeal court when their Industrial and Federal High Court orders where ignored because they are of coordinate jurisdiction with the CCT. Please ask them what judgement or ruling are they appealing? Just abusing court processes for personal gain and disrespecting the judiciary whose integrity they are supposed to uphold! 1 Like |
