Sanwoolu says that PDP and Agbaje have nothing to offer.

Jimi Disu says that Agbaje has more experience as an aspirant.

Sanwoolu asks where that has gotten him

Sanwoolu says that Asiwaju is like a father, but he has not been on one single appointment, campaign, etc with them.

He says that Asiwaju has moved on and is now trying to make a better Nigeria. He says that the president has handed part of his campaign to Asiwaju and that shows that he has something to offer Nigeria.

He says that on their own part they are running their own campaign.

Danbaba asks about man know man and godfather.

Danbaba says that it's not only Jimi Agbaje that is concerned about it, but that he, Danbaba, is concerned about it.

He says that Jimi Disu had a guest 2 weeks ago and someone called in to complain about something and that the guest said that he will make a call.

He said that Hamzat was with Jimi Disu last week and someone called in to complain and Hamzat said that he will make a call.

Danbaba says that this worries him. He says that he shouldn't have to know someone before things get done. He says that Hamzat shouldn't have to make a call before things get done.

Sanwoolu says that he is going to set up a citizens portal where people will be able to complain about service that they get from civil servants.

He said that once 2 or 3 examples are made (based on complaints by citizens) that things will change

Jimi Disu asks about the freedom of information bill and also says that it was mentioned in the debate.

Sanwoolu says that there was a problem during the debate. He says that there was a segment in which the panel were to ask pre-set questions, but the panelists asked a question based on Jimi Agbaje's question, meaning that they already knew what Agbaje's question was.

He says that the FOI is very important.

Sanwoolu says that he did an informal investigation and discovered that they wanted to do a medical park.

However, he says that they were not fast enough about it. He says that the building is in a bad state and something will be done about it quickly

Sanwoolu says that it will be resolved now that Lagos and the federal govt are run by the same party.

He gives an example of the red rail line. He says its easier to build the red line, but the former fed govt did not give them the right of way, so they had to start with the blue line which is more difficult.

Jimi Disu asks when the blue line will be completed.

Sanwoolu says that Lagos is the only subnational body that is building a rail line (I think he means in Africa). He says that Tanzania and others that are building rail lines are being done by the national govt.

He says that the piles have been done and hopefully in another year and a half they will be able to put the trains on them. He says that they've already bought the cartiages.

A caller is asking about Primero (I like this question. Primero has been horrible since they took over). He asks if its not possible to allow other BRT operators to work on that route.

2) He says that its difficult for disabled people to move around Lagos. What will sanwoolu do about it.

3) Are you sure that you will win at the state and federal level?
Re: Babajide Sanwo-Olu Live On Morning Digest With Jimi Disu @ 9am Today. by MuttleyLaff: 10:10am On Jan 29, 2019
Dont mind them caller Solomon, it is a big scam and farce, the whole matter about the disability access issues. Watch how Sanwo-Olu wouldnt address that question in his answer

PS: I take it back, he actually did respond to it, but please what are government initiative and policies to alleviate problems of the physically challenged. See what I mean, his reply was even feeble

On the issue of disability, Sanwoolu says there's a need for attitudinal change. The caller had talked about roadside traders that do not give way for people with disabilities.

He talks about enlightening people

Sanwoolu says that they will look at the possibility of allowing another operator on the BRT corridor.

He says that they will examine Primero's performance and if it's not up to par, they will allow other operators to come in.

However, they need to see the commercial agreement that was signed with Primero

I think he answered that well, when government builds pedestrian ways and people decide to trade on them then its really a societal problem

A caller asks if he will come back to Morning Digest if he is elected.

He also says that he is disappointed the Mushin gave Buhari the second highest vote, but it has been abandoned. He says that Hamzat is from Mushin and they must not forget Mushin

Legislation etcetera that makes it criminal not to provide accessibilites in public places etcetera would have been more convincing, dont you think. Nobody gets properly grilled by Disu, its always padi-padi, chuckle chuckle smiling chit chat with him
Sanwo-Olu has just admitted that "Uncle" Jimi has been so nice to him.... can you believe that
I've heard enough, already late stepping out and work is calling
