In secondary school,some of my classmates always say people that talk while reading are crammers i tried to tell them this, we remember 20% of what we read and 50% of what we say.Please who is right me or them?

Reading aloud doesn't necessarily mean "cramming". As for me, I assimilate faster when I read aloud.

same with me,i assimilate very fast while reading aloud

I read aloud as if I was explaining to someone and understand better when in my room. silence is maintained when outside

Reading aloud is not necessarily cramming.Sometimes I read aloud and try to explain to myself when I'm alone.
i saw it somewhere that you retain more when you read aloud (I don't know how true thus is tho)
