Man arrested in Lagos for having sex with a mad woman

According to a story by PM News, officials of the Lagos State Government arrested the man you see above for having sex with a mad woman.

21-year old man, Lateef Sulaiman, for allegedly scaled a 14-feet fence to gain entrance into the Lagos State Rehabilitation and Training Centre, Majidun area of Ikorodu, Lagos, to have sex with the said mad woman.

Sulaiman was said to have jumped into the female dormitory around 9.30 p.m. and had sex with the mad woman before he was arrested and handed over to the taskforce at Alausa.

In his confessional statement at the taskforce headquarters, Sulaiman allegedly said he had had sex with a mad woman at the rehabilitation centre on five occasions before his arrest, saying that he knew where the female dormitory was because he had gone to the centre in the past to seek employment and had thoroughly studied the environment.

He was arraigned at the Special Offences Court, Alausa in Ikeja for his alleged offence
Sulaiman was slammed with a four-count charge. In the first count charge, he was said to have scaled the 14-feet fence of the rehabilitation home and slept with a mentally ill inmate and thus committed an offence punishable under the laws of Lagos State.

Having pleaded not guilty, he was granted bail in the sum of N50, 000 with two sureties who must be civil servants and present evidence of tax payment for five years.

Sulaiman could not meet the bail conditions and was remanded at the Badagry Prison.

baysol: Why all this ranting and hullabaloo about Igbo this Igbo that? What is special about Igbo, didn't they say they are not Nigerians that they are Biafrans then what do they want in Lagos and south west in the first place? If there was indeed a country(Chinua Achebe) why can't they carry their carapace of problems and crime back to the east where they belong. South west is not a dumping ground of unwanted people. North can't even tolerate your greedy lot and you've been nothing but pain to everyone in Nigeria, yet even now you have all the reasons to be Biafra at this point in history, but you choose to go and leave in other mans land instead of yours. They started to buy land and build in their land of sojourn and even become boastful as if the indigenes of south west are enslaved by them. Igbos be warned of your excesses before you become victim in South west worst than the north you've been chased from. To be forewarned is to be fore harmed.

Rants of a coward!

How come lagos state knew the road to anambra liaison officer but when they decided to deport they didnt take them to the liaison for handover? they rada traveled thousands of miles to oniotsha in d middle of the nyt to dump the so called destitutes. The trader that was going to his shop nd was arrested is also termed destitute!

“Mr. Brown had thought of nothing but numbers. He should have known that the kingdom of God did not depend on large crowds. Our Lord Himself stressed the importance of fewness. “Perhaps down in his heart Okonkwo was not a cruel man. But his whole life was dominated by fear, the fear of failure and of weakness.

It was deeper and more intimate that the fear of evil and capricious gods and of magic, the fear of the forest, and of the forces of nature, malevolent, red in tooth and claw.

Okonkwo’s fear was greater than these. It was not external but lay deep within himself.”

“Then listen to me,' he said and cleared his throat. 'It's true that a child belongs to its father. But when a father beats his child, it seeks sympathy in its mother's hut. A man belongs to his fatherland when things are good and life is sweet. But when there is sorrow and bitterness he finds refuge in his motherland. Your mother is there to protect you. She is buried there. And that is why we say that mother is supreme. Is it right that you, Okonkwo, should bring your mother a heavy face and refuse to be comforted? Be careful or you may displease the dead. Your duty is to comfort your wives and children and take them back to your fatherland after seven years. But if you allow sorrow to weigh you down and kill you, they will all die in exile.”

“Unfortunately, oppression does not automatically produce only meaningful struggle. It has the ability to call into being a wide range of responses between partial acceptance and violent rebellion. In between you can have, for instance, a vague, unfocused dissatisfaction; or, worst of all, savage infighting among the oppressed, a fierce love-hate entanglement with one another like crabs inside the fisherman's bucket, which ensures that no crab gets away. This is a serious issue for African-American deliberation.

To answer oppression with appropriate resistance requires knowledge of two kinds: in the first place, self-knowledge by the victim, which means awareness that oppression exists, an awareness that the victim has fallen from a great height of glory or promise into the present depths; secondly, the victim must know who the enemy is. He must know his oppressor's real name, not an alias, a pseudonym, or a nom de plume!”

muut2: r u from another country, am surprised at ur comment or may be u r a son to tribalism. Prophet T.O Obadare is nationally known as a prophet and not a tribal prophet

hey young man, don't derail this thread. He was not famous outside SW, unlike idahosa, Umah ukpai and co who wia famous nationwide. Dat does not diminish his stewardship in CAC. uptil now i dont know him, BTW CAC is a yoruba dominated church just like cele, Redeem etc, the same way catholic dominate south east, ECWA na hausa church. I don't mean to stretch my explanation to u Mr tribalism son.

He's 1 of d men that fought d battle of Nigeria through prayer. Today's pastors are reaping the harvest of prayer these old men of God have prayed decades ago.

I was suprised at his popularity, dat was y i asked. No harm meant. I knew pastors like Umar ukpai, Idahosa etc dat were famous in the 80s. Thanks for ur explanation. May heaven accept his soul.
