Anyway, Buhari WILL NOT WIN, whether he rigs or not. I can bet with snyone on this. Buhari "won" 2015 because Jonathan just did not want lives to be lost. The equation is now totally different. Your governors are scam, I can beat my chest and say none of your states can compare with Bornu, Katsina, Kano and Gombe in terms of infrastructure. And these are states that their allocations can't be compared with southern counterparts, to cap it, some states like Bayelsa that collect one of the highest allocations and low population are owing salaries. So what dirty restructuring are you talking about? Whatever restructuring Atiku is talking about is to give the southern state governors to loot the people more.
