I'm talking about how backward the SE/SS are backward in terms of infrastructure despite the huge allocations while states with lower are performing better and growing. This is the reality you can't deny. I did my Siwes in delta, I was disappointed that this was a oil producing state with huge allocations with nothing to show for it. Bayelsa despite high allocations and a low population is owing salary for crying out loud, southerners would suffer greatly if Atiku comes in. Just watch, but Buhari would win Insha'Allaah.
